The living room also has a Twin Daybed with additional Twin Trundle and Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and 40" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, crockpot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed except for the Owner's own pets. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
