"La Pignada" will enchant you with its pine environment. Guests can take advantage of its large private heated pool (10 m x 5 m) and 8 deckchairs. The space Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom/shower, a large double closet, individual air conditioning, and access to the garden and pool. Enjoy a 70 m2 wooden terrace! Fixed covered terrace of 20 m² with a high table and stools and a garden furniture area. Plus a 50 m² terrace with an electric retractable pergola. Decide whether to eat in the shade or in the sun with a simple remote control. 😊 On this terrace, you can enjoy a large round table with a lazy Susan and large corner garden furniture. 4 bedrooms with double beds (3 with 160 cm beds and 1 with a 140 cm bed). Equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, L'Or Barista+ coffee machine with filter, kettle. 2 toilets in the house. A laundry room is available for your use, with a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and steam station, and a large American-style refrigerator/freezer with an ice dispenser. There are also various household appliances: a wood-fired plancha/brazier, a raclette machine, a fondue machine and an exercise bike. Large open-plan living area. You can enjoy a large flat-screen TV, a PS4, a library, and about forty board games for young and old! Several parking spaces are available. Check-in and check-out in person (key handover in person). In July and August, minimum rental is 1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Heated salt pool from June 1 to October 1.(It can be heated outside this period at an extra charge). Pool secured by an electric roller shutter for 100% safety! Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties and evening gatherings are not allowed. Possibility to rent our 7-seater Renault Scenic vehicle from private individual to private individual. Diesel, air conditioning, up to 7 seats. (See last photos).
