The space The house has three beautiful bedrooms with tasteful decoration and quality furniture, a spacious dining room, a cozy air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped dining kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet) It is accompanied by a swimming pool and a large garden with terraces, a petanque court, at your sole disposal. The view is clear and very pleasant, and the immediate proximity of the forest makes it a very peaceful place, while making amenities and the city center very easily accessible (20 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car). Rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Electric vehicle charging station available with reinforced green-up socket: 3.7 kw/h.
