The space Located in the Sintra Mountains (Serra de Sintra), you can leave your problems behind by being on top of civilization. All facilities, such as catering, cleaning and bed linen changes (extra charge). You can order in groceries and never leave the place (Uber eats works very well)! Standard event prices have an extra charge of: a) €2,000 for only guests who are in the house, without outsiders; b) €3,000 up to 50 people; + €40 for each extra person, in addition to the 50, with a maximum limit of 90 people. There are other simpler and cheaper solutions that can be agreed upon and viewed on a case-by-case basis. More than that, there is the possibility of parking many more cars in a lot, for €250 per night (depending on the number of nights required), subject to prior request. The Pool area may occasionally be used in a shared manner by the Family that owns the house, if there is no inconvenience to the guests, and may be used in the event that they are away, for example, with independent access (please let us know if you want to ensure complete privacy).
