It is located on the 9th floor of a twelve-story building with a lift, just 20 meters from the fine sandy beach.  Luxury-grade linens and lightweight down duvets, on a large king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), can be separated into 2 smaller beds. This bed has a top-of-the-line firm mattress for good quality sleep. There is also a mattress topper to be used on top of the sleeper sofa (140 X 200) for 2 children or even a couple. Tranquil, secure, and convenient location. Guest access Apartment Access During your stay, you have access to the entire apartment. Our building offers unique vertical access for maximum convenience: Street Level (8th Floor): The main elevators connect directly to the street, where you'll find the lobby and parking access. Beach Level (Ground Floor): The elevators provide direct service to the beach and the pool area, which is 8 floors down from street level. Private Beach Club (Pool, Bar, and Restaurant) Please note that the beautiful pool area on the beach level is part of a separate, private club and is not automatically included with your apartment rental. If you wish to use the pool, bar, or restaurant, be aware of the following policies: 1. Mandatory Minimum Consumption: The club requires a minimum spending requirement (a minimum purchase for food/drinks). 2. Access Fee: An additional access fee is typically charged. Fees may vary. Occasionally, they also offer free days **Important Tip:** The club sometimes waives the access fee (separate from the minimum consumption) for our guests.
