Condo is on the canals with a boat slip that leads to the intercostal, 5 minutes from Mustang Island, 10 minutes from downtown Corpus. Community swimming pool and lounging area. Guest access Swimming pool and hot tub accessible through sliding glass door at back. Use back sliding door to access boat slip, pool hot tub and outdoor patio. We do not leave a key for front entrance.
