Located in Heber's Historic Core only 1 block from Main Street you are walking distance to Heber's charming downtown restaurants, shopping and historic buildings. With 13 beds. the home has 5 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and two master suites. The open and spacious family room flows into the beautifully appointed chefs' kitchen and sunny breakfast dining area. A super fun game room with pool table, John Elway signature poker table, provides access to the lower deck with outdoor dining and gathering spaces as well as a working natural hydroponic garden where you can pick your own vegies depending on the time of year. The large bedrooms are loaded with character, creative design and sunny window seats. Parking for up to 4 vehicles outside on the driveway and ample street parking is available unless it's snowing. There are no shared spaces, and you have exclusive use of the entire house as shown in the listing. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
