Security deposit will be returned within 72hrs post check-out and with no damage. - Pool and Spa Heat are not automatically included and are required. You will receive a separate invoice at $60 per night, which heats both the pool and spa. - This vacation home is for general vacation use only. - Maximum of 14 nights rental with an additional clean required after 7 nights. You will be invoiced $550 post booking and clean will be scheduled mid-stay. - Only guests whose names are listed on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in this home. - Gas for built-in Grill is included! (No need to worry about propane tanks!)
