Guest access Guests are invited to enjoy exclusive access to the entirety of our luxurious penthouse condo, ensuring a private and undisturbed experience throughout your stay. Every room and amenity within the condo is at your disposal, from the spacious master bedroom with its king-sized bed, quality linens, and memory foam mattress, to the state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with large modern appliances and everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Relax in the bright, cozy living space, where large windows offering views of the city and mountains, or indulge in the master bathroom's large European tile shower. The condo also boasts additional comforts designed for your convenience, including a private office and an extra workspace upstairs, high-speed wired and wireless internet, and a patio perfect for enjoying sunsets. While the entire condo is yours to explore and make your own, there is a small owner's closet that remains locked for storage purposes, ensuring that both guest belongings and property essentials are kept secure and separate. With one secure and spacious parking spot in the garage, accommodating anything from SUVs to pickup trucks, and access to additional outdoor guest parking, your stay promises ease from arrival to departure. We've tailored every aspect of your access to ensure that your time in our South Portland penthouse is not just a stay, but a truly exceptional experience. Other things to note To ensure your visit is both delightful and respectful of our community and property ethos, we kindly highlight the following considerations: Rental Agreement & Guest Verification: All guests are required to review and sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement and provide a valid photo ID along with a selfie prior to receiving access to the property. This secure process is required by our HOA, local permitting agencies, state regulations, and/or our insurance company, and is fully compliant with booking platform policies. Access codes are only released once this step has been completed. The rental agreement also includes additional rules and liability provisions, which are binding on all guests. Check-In & Accessibility: Standard check-in is after 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible under any circumstances, as our housekeeping and maintenance schedules depend on these times. If your travel plans require additional flexibility, please book an extra night. While we always aim for a smooth check-in process, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect timing, and we appreciate your understanding. Neighborhood Serenity: Located in a tranquil neighborhood known for its quiet and respectful atmosphere, our home promotes a peaceful environment. To preserve this serenity, we do not permit events or parties on the property. This policy ensures all guests can enjoy the calm surroundings, contributing to a harmonious relationship with our neighbors. Health and Comfort – No Pets or Service Animals: Our home is strictly pet-free, and this includes service animals and emotional support animals. This is not a matter of preference but a documented medical necessity, as members of our family suffer from severe, life-threatening allergies to pet dander. We do not discriminate against any individual or group; however, for the safety of our family and compliance with medical documentation filed with booking platforms, animals of any kind cannot be accommodated at this property. If you are planning to travel with an animal, including a service or support animal, please book another property that can meet your needs. Security Measures: The safety and security of our guests and our home are paramount. Exterior cameras are discreetly installed for protection, focused solely on ensuring the safety of our guests and the property. Parking Guidelines: We offer convenient onsite parking for our guests. To maintain the peace and aesthetic of our neighborhood, we kindly ask that guests utilize the provided parking spaces and refrain from street parking. This consideration ensures a pleasant experience for both our guests and the local community. Amenities Disclaimer: While we provide amenities such as televisions, remotes, streaming devices, hot tubs, BBQs, and household appliances for guest convenience, they are not guaranteed to be functional at all times. Remotes may occasionally be misplaced, hot tubs or appliances may require service, and utility or internet interruptions may occur. Guests agree that such issues do not entitle them to refunds or compensation, though we always do our best to address them promptly when reported. Appliance Note – Ice Availability: Please note that the refrigerator in our condominium does not include an icemaker. The manufacturer’s icemaker design proved unreliable and has been intentionally removed to avoid guest inconvenience. For your comfort, we’ve provided ample ice trays inside the freezer, and filtered water is available directly through the refrigerator door. If additional ice is needed, Zupan’s Market is located only steps away, offering bagged and specialty ice options. Adhering to these guidelines ensures your stay at our home is not only memorable but also in perfect harmony with the environment and community spirit of the area.
