Private drive way - Can fit 3 cars Other things to note Zero Tolerance, No Party's : $1000 fee, eviction, and no refund if it is determined that a party was/is held during your reservation. No Smoking or smell of smoke of Any Kind inside the home: $500 fee. SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE ONLY Occupancy : 4 over night guests only, unless previously approved (Additional fees apply). No more than 6 (max) guests allowed inside the home at any given time due to City Rules and Regulations. (Unless previously approved prior to booking) Eviction, no refund if over occupancy occurs. December through March quiet time is 10 pm 9am NO MORE THEN 3 CARS in the driveway. Also note the driveway is extremely narrow. Extremely strict neighbors ! No Pets $750 fee if violated $300 fee if soap, additives, or items are added or found in the hot tub. $500 late check out fee. Please consider weather when reserving.
