This home is located in the quiet and safe Village of Lexington and is perfect for the business traveler or just for enjoying the area. Conveniently located to Mid-Ohio Race Track (10 mins), Snow-trails Ski Resort (15 mins), retail, grocery stores and entertainment. This home was recently updated, is very spacious and comes with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is attached to my home, but has a private, separate entrance, fenced rear patio and off-street parking. The space This home is extremely comfortable and comes with a complete eat-in kitchen, super comfortable Sleep Number Bed, washer and dryer and a large screen Smart TV and numerous free TV apps available for your viewing pleasure. The home is also equipped with a whole house generator, so in the event of a power outage, you will still have all the comforts of home. No worries. Racers...There’s room for a car hauler trailer in the driveway and a carport for motorcycles. Please be aware that this space is not "TODDLER" friendly. There is only a shower, no tub and no child locks on the cabinets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire space, yard and rear patio. Off-street parking is available in the shared driveway. Other things to note Please be advised that I have a very strict no pet policy. I have tried to accommodate guests in the past with pets and it has not gone well. So, unless you have a certified service animal less than 15 pounds, please don’t ask to be accommodated. Thank you!
