This spacious pied-à-terre consists of five bedrooms, including a baby room with kit included and a large master bedroom with a modern fireplace. It can accommodate up to 10 people, including the youngest (09 adults and 1 infant). The villa offers three bathrooms with showers (one with walk-in) and two separate toilets. The kitchen, fully equipped and high-end, includes a granite countertop, a large American fridge-freezer, an induction plate with range hood, a multifunction oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. The spacious living room with veranda, bar and large sofas is the perfect place to share convivial moments with families or groups of friends. The foosball and arcade stand (more than 1500 games) will add a nostalgic and playful touch to your evenings, with laughter and memories guaranteed. The villa has flat screen TVs, TV bouquet, Wifi, independent desk and plenty of storage spaces. Outside, on a private and fenced plot of 6000 m², you can enjoy a magnificent heated swimming pool (filtered by electrolysis), equipped with a telescopic enclosure guaranteeing optimal safety for children (seasonal closure November 15-April 15). The 6 seater hot tub, sauna, landscaped park with ornamental pool and fruit trees, as well as a barbecue and outdoor furniture equipment, will give you unparalleled moments of relaxation. The large terrace, without vis-à-vis and equipped with blinds, will allow you to fully enjoy your stay, while the vast adjacent field is perfect for outdoor activities. You rent the villa and its entire exterior in complete privacy: no other visitors will have access during your stay. The entrance, with an electric sliding gate, allows you to safely park several vehicles, out of sight. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful village, and tenants are asked to respect the neighborhood to preserve the tranquility of the place. Pets are allowed, upon request, with extra charge. Guest access The villa has five real bedrooms (one of which is specially equipped for infants), sleeping up to 10 people, including an infant. If necessary, two additional beds are available in the veranda living room, in the form of a sofa bed. However, it is important to note that this solution will occupy part of the living space, and that the veranda living room cannot be completely darkened, letting in the ambient light. Other things to note Attention to future customers, as long as you do NOT come to party you are welcome, otherwise go your way, I do not rent a nightclub or a party room, but a quiet villa in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. In the event of a complaint from the neighborhood, I will systematically forward the contact details of the tenants to the competent authorities, and I will systematically associate myself as co-applicant to their possible official complaints. Overflows of any kind have no place on my property. The villa is located in the heart of the Vosges Forest; here nature is king and our charming neighbors can include bees, mosquitoes, cows, horses, wasps, shrews, and sometimes even bats, foxes and other animals.
