My FATHER's little house...

Come stay in the “Casita de mi PADRE!!!” Just minutes from the strip, it’s nestled in what locals call the Beverly Hills of Las Vegas. Live the Las Vegas dream… ONE MONTH at a time… Very well appointed with all the amenities. Separate and private parking, patio area, and entrance. We provide it all. Toiletries, coffee, etc. Coming in for work, extended vacation, or whatever… we can definitely accomadate!!! The space This is not a party house. We are a monthly rental establishment that offers a safe and secure high-end living environment. We have surveillance cameras throughout the outside of the home. Along with keypad entry and a rigorous screening process, safety and security will not be an issue. Whether your in town looking for work or on an extended holiday, we can definitely accommodate... The unit is a casita that is completely separate from a 6 bedroom (main house) that is also a rental so during your stay there will potentially be other guests on the premises. You book the room and we'll provide the rest! Just like a hotel. Linens, toiletries, and coffee. All this just minutes from the strip... Come live in our desert oasis. Guest access Guests have full access to their own private room. The pool is shared with other guests and is available only when there are no occupants in the main house. On the day of check in, guests will receive instructions on how to get to and into the house, as well as, pool schedule upon request. Because of security issues that information will not be disclosed until then. The person responsible for the reservation, along with every guest MUST be present at the time of check in and MUST have proper ID that matches the information given to us by AIRBNB. A set of keys will only be given to the person who made the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! All vehicles will be registered at the time of check-in. Non-registered vehicles and guests are prohibited from parking on and entering the premises.
