House is fully stocked for all your needs. 3 people MAX or 4 with children. Larger house (sleeps 6) also available. Highway access and locked gated entry for security. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Walk out to the deck and right in to the pool. SEASONAL ONLY: March-September. The space Automated entry gate with code for your safety and convenience. 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. Tv in living room and bedroom. (Antenna tv, 32 channels including ABC, CBS and NBC. ) Starlink satellite internet. Stocked kitchen with full size oven/stove , microwave, coffee maker, and toaster for all your cooking needs. There is a BBQ pit outside. Bath has towels and soap. Bedroom has a king bed and living room has a sofa conversion bed. Full laundry inside. Cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. Large pool/deck has tables and chairs for outside dining as well. Pool is seasonal : March - September. Small basketball court. There is a larger house on the property, sleeps 6 ( both are available for larger groups) but I never book both houses during pool months at the same time so you have privacy and do not share the pool. Only 5 miles from the town of Jourdanton and 7 miles from Pleasanton. Plenty of shopping and restaurants available. 30 miles from Downtown San Antonio, the beautiful River Walk and The Alamo. 35 minutes to the AT@T center, Spurs games, San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and Fiesta San Antonio. Great location for Eagle Ford Shale industry, duck/bird hunters and deer hunters. NO hunting on ranch. Perfect size house for traveling nurses. (7 miles from Methodist South) no pets allowed. Please do not go past closed gates and fields where livestock are. Horse named KitKat, dog named Tanner (great Pyrenees) Starlink internet .
