Our log house has everything you will need except groceries with a fully stocked kitchen along with some spices & coffee & all linens. Need more room? We offer a second cabin for 4 more guests next door The space NEW - Enjoy access to Medina Lake through SUNSET RESORT - located 📍5 mins from the ranch - along with all of the resort amenities, which include a NEW concrete boat 🛥️ launch, pickleball and sand volleyball 🏐 courts, corn hole, onsite kayak and SUP rentals and more! Check website for events and offerings! Enjoy the entire authentic log cabin during your stay! Once through front door (keyless entry) your will walk into the open layout of the living room (2 futons) dining room (table for 6 plus 2 high bar stools) and kitchen (full-size fridge/freezer combo...no ice maker, 4 burner stove with oven, microwave and Keurig coffee maker...no dishwasher). Down the hallway are 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1 queen, both with memory foam toppers and extra pillows) with a full bathroom (tub/shower combo), and laundry room (please provide laundry soap). All linens and towels are provided as well as plenty of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. This house is equipped with WiFi throughout as well as smart TV's and Dish Network in the main living room. Outside: The front porch faces the fire pit (please leave the extra firewood for the next visitor) with a table and chairs and a bench. Our back porch has a BBQ grill (please bring your own charcoal), patio table with seating for 6 and views for miles! Outside you can also enjoy a game of cornhole or horseshoes. You are welcome to explore the area within the high fence of the cabins area (approx 3 acres), but please remember we are located in the country so you are a guest to the natural critters. Pet friendly, please keep them on a leash when others are around, off the furniture and pickup after them. ***Additional cabin located next door (approx 150') that can be rented independently for 4 more guests. Location: Escape city life to the dark night sky of the ranch on the west side of Medina Lake Dam. Enjoy the quietness but you are still close enough to all the amenities and entertainment San Antonio has to offer. We are located off of a paved County road, but our driveway is approximately a 1/4 mile -1/2 mile of well maintained rock road and hills that leads to quietness! We are located behind an electric gate. Other things to note Photography, Videography & Live Streaming Policy To protect the privacy, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, residents, and visitors, the following policy applies to all rental properties owned or managed by Sunset Resort. 1. No Commercial Use Without Written Approval ● Commercial photography, videography, filming, or content creation is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from management. ● This includes, but is not limited to, advertisements, marketing campaigns, product promotions, influencer collaborations, television or film productions, and any content created for business or commercial purposes. 2. No Live Streaming ● Live streaming or broadcasting from the property on any platform is prohibited without prior written approval from management. 3. Personal Photography ● Guests are welcome to take personal photos and videos for private, non-commercial use, provided they do not interfere with other guests, invade anyone’s privacy, or disrupt normal operations. 4. Respect for Privacy ● Guests may not intentionally photograph, record, or livestream other guests, staff members, neighboring properties, or private areas without the express consent of all individuals involved. 5. Permits & Fees ● Approved commercial photography or videography may require a location agreement, proof of insurance, scheduling approval, and payment of applicable location fees. 6. Enforcement ● Management reserves the right to require any unauthorized filming, photography, or live streaming to cease immediately. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund, cancellation of the reservation, additional fees for unauthorized commercial use, and/or legal action where applicable.
