Fluminimaggiore is a quiet place with a strong "mining working class" history, craft tradition, art and "murales" murals. Casa Mannu is simple and clear. You live next to and with the locals. It opens through a 2-wing, lockable aluminum gate into a 50 m², tiled courtyard. On the ground floor on the left side there is a service house with toilet, shower and washing machine. Right in front of it, the outside staircase leads to the upper floor. Below it is a small storage room, a protected area for the gas bottles and the supply line, on the wall standing a Sardinian sink with water connection and lighting and the hot water boiler. In the shady back part of the courtyard, the entrance door leads directly into the kitchen / dining room with fireplace. The kitchenette offers plenty of space and is very well equipped. A fridge with freezer, double sink and oven are also provided. On the right is a double bedroom with wardrobe, dresser, window and mosquito protection. On the left is the bathroom with toilet, bathtub, bidet and small window. On the balcony with a small terrace on the upper floor there are 2 separately usable and lockable double bedrooms each with a wardrobe or dresser. This modularity is especially ideal for families with children / teenagers, groups of friends or multiple couples. In the first room there is an inflatable all-round stand-up paddle from the SAFE SUP brand as a small highlight. The house is minimalist and functional. Everything you need is there. For the outdoor area there is a table for 6-8 people and a side table. A gas stove for cooler days inside and a barbecue grill for the summer outside is also there. Guest access The access is a little tight. Smaller vehicles can easily enter and park. Larger ones are better parked on the side of Via Lussu vis a vis. Casa Mannu is located at the same height as the main street "Via Vittorio Emmanuele" and the village square is thus within 3 min. walking time without exertion. Directly opposite the accommodation you will find a supermarket for daily shopping and the "formaggeria e caseificio Antas", with homemade cheese, pasta and ravioli is also just around the corner. Local transport: The ARST bus stop is ideally located, 100 m straight down the street. In summer (June - August) there is also a bus connection to Portixeddu, the nearby dune beach.
