The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a dual coffee maker (drip and pods). We offer complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler with reusable icepacks, and a wagon, making trips to the beach hassle-free. Guests can enjoy several outdoor seating areas throughout the property and around the year-round heated pool, perfect for sipping morning coffee, reading a book, or simply relaxing in the fresh ocean air. An outdoor grill with cooking utensils and complimentary propane is also available for guest use. Convenient complimentary parking for one vehicle is included. Seagrape Villa Bella is located in a relaxed, charming beach town with everything close by and easy to reach on foot. Days can be split between the ocean, the year-round heat pool, and nearby restaurants, without needing to drive. The tree-lined neighborhood is quiet, quaint, and has a relaxed coastal feel. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a convenient home base for exploring the area, you'll enjoy the quiet, secluded atmosphere and resort-like surroundings of this tropical retreat. Reservations are based on double occupancy. If your group includes more than two (2) guests, please let us know before your arrival so we can prepare the appropriate linens and bedding. Additional guests must be registered, approved by the hosts, and included in the reservation. Sleeper sofa linens are provided only for reservations with more than two registered guests unless other arrangements have been made with the hosts in advance. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire one-bedroom villa, including the fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and outdoor patio. The villa offers keyless self-check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience after check-in time. We respect our guests' privacy but are always available if you have questions or need assistance during your stay. You are also welcome to enjoy all of the property's shared amenities, including the year-round heated swimming pool, beautifully landscaped tropical grounds, outdoor seating areas, and the community gas grill. Other things to note Pool: The heated pool is shared among property guests and is available year-round. The pool is professionally serviced once a week. Please supervise children at all times. Check-In / Check-Out: Self check-in is available for your convenience. Check-in and check-out times will be shared prior to arrival and should be respected to allow proper preparation for incoming guests. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or loud music, and we ask that guests be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours.
