30 day+ only - 1guest only. Single room w/ daybed, desk, TV, mini-fridge, Keurig, & a microwave. The room is private & locked off from the rest of the house (no kitchen/ living room access). Ring doorbell at entrance. You will have access to a front porch & hallway to the shared restroom. The room is in a 1925 craftsman style home situated just north of downtown (10 min to the Pearl, 11 min drive to Henry B Gonzalez Convention Ctr/13 min drive to Alamo Plaza & easy access to major hwys.) The space This is a great place to stay if you appreciate older homes in the downtown area of SA and want to see the city or work but not spend a lot of time at your Airbnb. The guest room is small but is also nicely decorated, has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and is equipped with a small fridge, a microwave, a Keurig (some k-cups & tea bags for your convenience), a television (Netflix & Amazon Prime), and Wifi. There is a shared restroom with a lock that you will share with me, your host. Guest access You will have access to a lovely front porch with seating and accommodations for smokers (but please close the door), your own bedroom with a private entrance, the hallway, and a shared restroom. Please do not try to enter the rest of the house or you will set off the alarm and likely hear a lot of barking from the dogs! During your stay I am on and off the property due to a somewhat erratic schedule, so I may or may not have a chance to meet you. Texting through the Airbnb app is usually the best way to reach me. I teach MW 2-5 pm and TTr 8 am; if I am in class, I won't be able to answer until I am done teaching and back on my phone. Other things to note Please park on the street facing the same direction as traffic, otherwise you can get a ticket.
