Welcome to our cozy cottage, located directly on St. Margaret's Bay with stunning ocean views! You'll be situated only 10 mins from Peggy's Cove, and other amenities the area offers. This spacious cottage hosts 11 in 4 bedrooms, with 3 full bathrooms. You'll enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area overlooking the bay! The fully-equipped kitchen is ideally suited for cooking family meals, or serving breakfast at the bar. Stroll down to the ocean to take in the sights and sounds! The space Travel through a charming seaside village to find our quaint vacation cottage. The drive past the working fishing village will make you feel right at home in Nova Scotia. Upon arrival, you will find a large driveway with space for several vehicles. Note that a second small cottage shares the driveway with our cottage. Inside, you’ll be greeted by the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room on your left, featuring large windows with ocean views. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for meal preparation, with a breakfast bar for four and a dining table for eight (additional chairs available for up to 11). The living area includes two sofas, a chair, and a cozy gas fireplace. Also on the main level are a full bathroom, a small lounge with a large TV, and a four-season sunroom. Up a few stairs, you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and one with a full bed and a single daybed. Down a few stairs are the other two bedrooms and another full bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has two twin bunk beds. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home. The property is shared with another small cottage for 2 people, however, the balconies are situated to provide decent privacy for guests. Other things to note Check-In/Out Times: Check-in and check-out times are strictly as stated on the listing. Early check-ins are not possible as they compromise our ability to prepare the home properly. We kindly request you to respect these times and do not request an early check in. This property is on a lot that is shared with another small cottage - also available for rent! Please let us know if you are interested in renting both properties. Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance.
