Street Car access is 5 blocks away at the corner of 11th and Hudson. It is a very quiet neighborhood with tree lined sidewalks and parks nearby. The space Very cozy garage apartment with kitchenette and flat screen TV, brand-new queen-size bed provided by Nest Bedding, and free WiFI. There are two hot plates, a air fryer, microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig with assortment of coffee and teas provided. There is an ironing board and blow dryer. Apartment is accessed thru our gated driveway, and you will have access to backyard for enjoying coffee, tea in the mornings before work or cold beer or glass of wine in the evenings. Guest access Apartment is on second floor with stair access only thru our gated yard. I have 3 labradoodles who also share the backyard. If you don't like dogs or are terrified of dogs this probably isn't the best property for you. They do not spend a lot of time back there. Other things to note $50 cleaning fee 3 night minumum Additional $50 per dog. No Cats please, and all dogs must be pre approved prior to booking.
