It has wide pine flooring and historic trim and molding around many of the original windows and doors. Enjoy relaxing in the shade of the outdoor living room with slate patio, cushioned seating, and grill. Outdoor living at its best with a large outdoor dining table that seats six. This property is located next to access acres with a beaver pond and many hiking trails for you to enjoy. The property abuts the Wu Ledges Town Forest that connects for miles and miles of cx skiing, snow shoeing hiking and biking trails. Guest access You would stay in the entire home. We recently built two apartments in the barn. We will be staying in one of the barn apartments, which gave us flexibility to rent our home again. Other things to note -The office bedroom does not have a closet. It has a set of drawers, shelves and an armoire to hang clothes. -The sunroom is not truly a bedroom it does have two twin beds and is captivated by another bedroom. It has drawers and an armoire. - The fireplace is not in use. -New refrigerator, dishwasher, and two new toilets installed in Fall of 2025. -We will be living in the barn apartment at the end of the driveway. -Shared driveway - Amazing river swimming location!
