Please note this a duplex apartament with a 0 and -1 floors. One of the bedrooms is located on the -1 floor. There are stairs inside the apartment connecting both floors. Car access and Parking information: - Note this is a pedestrian street. If you’re coming to Porto by car, please note that our building is located on a pedestrian street only. If you come by Uber/Taxi, ask the driver to drop you off at Rua da Vitória 87 and go down Rua do Ferraz to building number 12. If you come with your car, you can try to park it in this street or in the nearest paid car park - the SABA Cardosas Parking (recommended). Long Stays (+1 month): The host is responsible for paying utilities up to a maximum of €100. Exceeding this amount, the guest may need to pay the difference in costs. Please make conscious use of equipment and lights. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. Please, use it as it was your own. The apartment despite saying it is on the 1st floor but the apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment is a Duplex with floors 0 and -1, one of the bedrooms is on -1. Other things to note At the check-in we will ask for your identification document. Short term rentals are required to report guest's information to Borders Service (SEF) - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.
