The "La Promenade des Dames" cottage is a fully renovated old farm, labeled 4 keys "Clévacances", classified 4* "MeubIés de tourisme". Located on a large plot of land at the foot of the Hautes Vosges, surrounded by nature but close to all amenities, ideal setting for holidays with family or friends for 1 or more weeks or weekends (NO RENTAL ON WEEKENDS DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS). The space 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large entrance hall with 1 billiard table, 1 integrated kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 relaxation room/library, 5 toilets, a mezzanine area, 1 large gym/games room (1 ping-pong table, elliptical bike, 1 foosball table, 2 sofas, connected video projector with Netflix account), 1 laundry room (1 washing machine, 1 dryer, iron and ironing board, drying racks with clothespins, 1 shower, 1 sink), a large outdoor area with lawn, 2 terraces, a large awning with 2 pink stoneware basins that allow you to eat quietly in the shade, gas BBQ, 1 petanque court with bowls, 1 pond (fenced). You can park your vehicles without any problems. Other things to note SECURITY DEPOSIT to be paid on arrival: €1,000 (Refundable just after the check-out inventory, or, up to 7 days after) as part of a party (birthday, wedding, New Year...) the deposit will be doubled to €2000. Tourist Tax: €1.50/night/person (RATE 2024). (Does not apply to people under 18 years old.) Pets welcome with a supplement of €8/night/pet. Total amount to be paid on arrival. The presence of pets in the premises is permitted provided that they do not cause any damage to the rented premises and the outdoor areas and that these do not cause any disturbance of enjoyment to the occupants of the neighborhood.
