This is a Spanish style house located in Pasadena near the freeway, shops ect. The two major streets have restaurants, bars and all amenities you require. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is fully remodeled and you would love it. The house is located in a very unique location. Whole foods, Ralphs and sprouts are all walking distance from the house. The house is 30 minutes from down town via car. You have access to all areas except personal belonging Call me if you need anything at anytime and I will be able to help. very safe neighborhood, but my neighbors are sensitive to noise and any inappropriate behavior. If you misbehave, they will call the cops. I also want to disclose the road noise. The house is very close to the freeway which makes it convenient, however there is also noise. Rent a Car, Uber, Lift or rent my cars using turo. Contact me if you want to rent the house along with the car for a discount. There are security camera outside of the property with motion sensing and I look at them constantly to ensure all house rules are guest limits are followed. If you plan to bring more guest than you have booked they must be paid for and approved prior to them spending the night. I have a wyze camera in the living room to make sure the house is protected when not airbnbed. Guest are allowed to unplug that living room camera if given permission by the host Parking: please only use the street parking immediately outside the house or the drive way. You can fit around 3 cars very easily in the driveway. Our neighbors use the street for parking as well and if their spaces are blocked they have to park far from their house. Please be considerate about this when parking and ask your day guest to park on the driveway or street parking immediately front of the house.
