The space Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 1928 Spanish-style home in Pasadena, thoughtfully updated while preserving its original charm and character. This very well-kept residence features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a dedicated kids’ room designed to be both fun and cozy for families. The home is filled with natural light, warm finishes, and inviting living spaces that make it feel elegant yet relaxed. The house is located in a very unique location. Whole Foods Market, Ralphs, and Sprouts Farmers Market are all within walking distance. You’ll enjoy a safe, quiet neighborhood while being just 30 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles by car, with easy freeway access. When the home is not rented, we live here ourselves, so it is maintained with great care, attention, and pride. This is not just a rental property, it is a lovingly cared-for home that offers comfort, cleanliness, and a truly welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the home, allowing you to fully enjoy the space during your stay. The only exceptions are personal belongings stored in designated closets that are locked, as well as the garage and the external basement, which are not accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and respect for these private areas. Other things to note For the safety and protection of the property, there are exterior security cameras with motion sensing installed around the outside of the home. These are monitored regularly to ensure that house rules and guest limits are respected. There are no cameras inside the living areas of the home. Cameras are only placed in exterior areas and in spaces guests do not have access to, such as the basement (where the water heater is located) and the detached garage. If you plan to bring additional overnight guests beyond the number included in your reservation, they must be approved in advance and the applicable guest fee must be paid prior to their stay. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and comfort of the home. Parking: Please use only the street parking directly in front of the house or the driveway. The driveway can comfortably accommodate up to three vehicles. Our neighbors also rely on nearby street parking, so we kindly ask that you avoid blocking surrounding spaces and encourage day guests to park only in front of the home or in the driveway. Trash collection is on Tuesday, so please be mindful of bin placement and access. If you have an electric vehicle, you are welcome to use the charger. The rate is $0.54 per kWh used.
