Stay at the BEST beaches in all of South County! We are located in a quiet, private friendly neighborhood. Easy access to Narragansett, Wakefield, Historic Westerly. Our Charlestown beach home is only a few miles from Charlestown Beach. It has a large yard with an outdoor shower, lots of sunshine, cathedral ceilings, and huge windows, making this a bright and cheerful summer stay. The spacious decks include beautiful lighting, a gas grill, and a sizeable roofed pergola to accommodate rainy days. We do have three queen size bedrooms, one large private ensuite, and a pull-out double bed sofa in the living room. Space provides for 6 guests but for an extra fee you can have two extra guests sleep on the pull-out sofa. Linens, towels, pillows included! You're all set!! We are conveniently located off of Route 1 and have easy access to fun Rhode Island activities. ONLY 2.2 miles to Charlestown Beach by bike! 10-15 minutes to Matunuck beach, Wakefield shopping, and Narragansett Beaches, 15 minutes to Westerly Beaches and downtown. Very friendly neighborhood! You might met Jessica, who takes care of our changeover. We are not always local during the summer rental months. But we are very good at responding quickly via email and phone. We have a quiet family neighborhood on a dead-end road, which is excellent if you have kids and bike safely. Although Rt. 1 can be heard from our home, it is very private. We love our area being next to Rt. 1, carefully walking to Hungry Heaven, the Holy Cow ice cream shop, and across route one from The General Stanton Inn. Kingstown Pizza, and Charlestown Mini Super. If you ride a bike carefully across Rt. 1, you can enjoy biking to Charlestown beach, which is only a couple of miles away. The best way to get around would be to use a local Uber driver. There is the Kingston AMTRACK train station but you would need to get a lift from there. The Block Island Ferry is only 15 minutes away in Point Judith! Beach access information: We do not provide a cottage beach pass. Please get in touch with Charlestown Town Clerks' offices to obtain a $120 unlimited beach pass attached to your name and vehicle. The other option is to pay a $20 daily rate at any South County town beach. We will entertain pets after discussing.
