The space This is a well-loved 1984 cottage, not a modern renovation—and that’s part of its charm. We update and refresh the home every year, and each spring all fabric furnishings (sofas, rugs, etc.) are professionally deep cleaned to keep everything fresh and comfortable. Many pieces are sentimental, antique, or one-of-a-kind, giving the home a warm, lived-in coastal feel. Guest access We are conveniently located off Route 1 and have easy access to fun activities in Rhode Island. Only 2.2 miles to Charlestown Beach by bike! It takes 10-15 minutes to reach Matunuck Beach, Wakefield shopping, and Narragansett Beaches, and 15 minutes to get to Westerly Beaches and downtown. Very friendly neighborhood! Other things to note Beach access information: We do not offer a cottage beach pass. Please get in touch with the Charlestown Town Clerk's office to get a $120 unlimited beach pass registered to your name and vehicle.
