'Valhalla North' waterfront , rural semi-isolated

9 km from Kerikeri on it's own waterfront 3 acre (1.5 hectares) coastal peninsular, 'Valhalla North' is a two bedroom house . Rebuilt in 2016, the house has a light 'washed wood' coastal style of decor . Renting the house always includes the adjacent cottage - we only take one reservation at a time. Total three bedrooms and two bathrooms across both properties. The space Master Bedroom King , 2nd bedroom main house Queen. Cottage Queen en-suite bedroom + single bed & double pullout divan in the lounge (Lounge has internet Freeview TV) . There is a large lounge suite in the main house which can sleep one child or maybe two. We have two comfortable blow up beds that are the size & HEIGHT of normal beds (Double & Double, they blow up in two minutes with a built in compressor once plugged into power), they can go in any of the lounge, master bedroom or cottage lounge. This will allow you to allocate beds across couples, singles & children up to a maximum of 8 persons. If you have more than 8 persons or want more space, we also have access subject to availability to a queen en-suite sleep-out at the neighbours 80 metres away (enquire as to its availability - approx $200 per night). Boat launching ramp & mooring pontoon. Explore our lush tropical gardens (approx 1.5 hectares or 3 acres). Three kayaks available for guests use. Well behaved dogs welcome. Guest access Exclusive use of whole property. We only take one rental at a time. Note: You can rent just the cottage in winter (Northern Lodge) in which case we will likely be in residence in the main house. We lock off a storeroom, master bedroom wardrobe & garage so all areas have the appearance of a 'Holiday home & cottage'. Other things to note We leave a fully stocked pantry . We ask guests to replace what they use (apart from minor usage of pantry items).
