No cleaning required when you stay at our spacious fully renovated lower level one bedroom apartment. Sleep in comfort in your king size bed, full kitchen, 2 flat screen tvs. 55 inch cable/Wifi tv in the living room along with gigablast wifi throughout the apartment. Prior guests appreciate the privacy, love the exterior patio, cleanliness and location. Quick 10 Minute drive to Bristol and 25 minutes to Newport. The outside has a private patio for guests with dining table, lounge chairs, barbecue grill, fire pit and a coy pond. The apartment is well equipped with all your household needs along with the comfort of feeling at home while away. Parking at bottom of driveway for 2 cars, Lower stone patio is for guests, separate private entrance. Upper deck is not for guests without permission. *Winter reservations note: We live on a steep hill if a snow storm occurs at time of check in please use caution when driving to home. We have great plowing in town but if a storm hits during your stay it could impact your ability to get in or out of the street. I have lived here for 2 winters now and the longest I was "stuck" at home was for 4 hours and that was over a foot of snow. I do own a 4 wheel drive vehicle and would be willing to pick you up at the top of the hill if needed. Kim and I are available to our guests from 7 am to 11pm. We live upstairs and someone is usually always home if not we are a phone call or text away. We will completely respect your privacy but will be there for any questions that they may have. The property overlooks the Mount Hope Bay, no water views from apartment outdoor space but you are welcome to come sit on the upper deck for a sunset. Great central location to drive to all of Rhode Islands great landmarks. Newport cliff walks and Mansions is 25 minutes away. Downtown Bristol RI 10 Minutes [book early if you want to go to 4th of July parade] Tiverton's newest attraction is The Tiverton Casino which is only 5 minutes away, sports betting is also legal here. Only place in New England that allows it. South Beach in Little Compton is one of the nicest unknown beaches around. 40 Minute Drive from TF Green Airport and 30 Minute ride from Providence. 60 Minutes to Boston and 45 Minutes to Foxboro. If your planning on visiting Rhode Island or southeast Mass come spend a night or two with us you wont regret it. We are just a few minutes off route 24, Uber and Lyft is best means of transportation All of the plumbing is on a ejection system and septic system.
