The kitchen, living, and dining areas are open and inviting, with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless appliances, beachy furnishings, and a big breakfast bar perfect for visiting with family. The large TV can be viewed from anywhere in the room. <br /><br />Just off the living area is an inviting balcony, the perfect spot for kicking back with a cocktail and a view of the beach.<br /><br />Down the hall you'll find the laundry room and two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, en suite bath, and mounted TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a mounted TV over the dresser with a bathroom located just across the hall. <br /><br />The many amenities of Anna Maria Island are close at hand via the Island's free trolley; the southbound route passes right in front of the complex. Walk down the beach as far as you'd like, and hop the trolley home! Shopping, dining, and a variety of recreational adventures can be found nearby in the village of Anna Maria, south in Bradenton Beach, or right there in the heart of Holmes Beach. <br /><br />One of the reasons Gulf Place is such a treasure is that the on-site management is tasked with ensuring occupancy limits are observed, and they do a very thorough job! These guidelines apply to most cancellations: - If we’re able to rebook the property for the same dates and at the same rate, we will refund all monies paid to you, except for condo application fees, reservation fees, and travel insurance premiums. A $150 cancellation fee may also apply. - If we’re able to rebook the property for the same dates but at a lower rate, we’ll refund only the amount paid by the new guest, except for condo application fees, reservation fees, and travel insurance premiums.
