Private Casita with an amazing steam room and upscale shower. Heated large pool and hot tub along with three covered outbuildings: full outdoor kitchen with BBQ, full stove, MW, Hot Water Sink and large bar area; living room and dining room with wood burning fireplace. A full set of dishes, pots and pans are in this area for your use. Lots of private sitting areas or just hang out in the orchard and pick citrus fruit from the 40 plus trees. The space Beautiful gated community of 25 - 6,000 sf homes. My home is 6,000 sf, has an amazing private pool area, 40 fruit trees, 40 palm trees, full BBQ with an outdoor kitchen and lots of birds. Traffic is not heard and the home is on flood irrigation so is very green. All the trees in the pictures are on the property. There is a canal just outside the gates and you can run or walk for miles along the water. With all the trees, there is no overlook from other homes so lots of privacy. Guest access The entire pool area, BBQ area, pool house, gardens. Anywhere outside you are welcome to visit. This is an acre property with lots of areas to view. I can also provide internet access. Other things to note I am close to Falcon Field, a small airport with small planes. We are not on a flight path and the airport is over a mile away. I like to see them fly by and no one has ever commented on the noise. Flood Irrigation happens every two weeks around Monday. The whole garden fills up with water around 4 inches deep. First time I saw it I panicked. Don't worry - water does not invade the homes - it stays in the green areas and not on the sidewalks or near the homes. Soaks in after a few hours.
