This vibrant neighborhood is the perfect place to start your Buenos Aires journey with its many shops, bars and restaurants. In our Palermo Hollywood studio you will enjoy luxury furnishings akin to a top-rated boutique hotel with the lower cost and convenience or renting an apartment. You'll be able to relax on the king bed, which can be split into two twins on request, work at the built-in desk if you must, look out the French balcony from the table for two, use your own kitchenette and the building's gym and solarium, while you stay in one of Buenos Aires' favorite locations. The studio features the following amenities: • A comfortable king bed (1.80 x 1.90 cm / 71 x 75 inch) that can be split into two twins (90 x 1.90 cm / 35 x 75 inch each) if desired • Full bath. Towels and linens are provided • Lovely wide French balcony with lots of light • Table and three chairs • Built-in desk • 32-inch TV with complimentary Netflix, Youtube and news channels, and optional DirecTV (satellite) for a very small extra cost per night • Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric range, pots, pans, plates and eating and cooking utensils • Cleaning utensils, hair dryer, umbrella • Complimentary WiFi and wired internet access in the studio. You can rent them together (please ask if they are available) at a discounted rate to accommodate more people. It's a perfect way for two or more couples, or a group of friends or family, to stay together while they keep the privacy and independence of their own independent apartment. Our guests have exclusive use the studio and access to the building's shared amenities: • Onsite fitness center • 8th floor rooftop with tables and parrilla (BBQ, if you plan to use it please ask) • 7th floor solarium with outside showers • Self-serve coin-operated laundry We're only a short distance away and available to help with any questions you may have. We'll also provide a guidebook in advance with some of our favorite places and other tips. Trendy Palermo Hollywood is a great location to experience Buenos Aires. It cannot be beat as you're a short walk to many attractions and transport options like the subway. You're steps away from some of the best restaurants and bars in the city, starting with Adorado, a lovely café-bistró right across the street. There are also convenience stores nearby, like a supermarket a block away, a pharmacy half a block away, etc. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the studio is remarkably quiet and relaxing. The studio is in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Walk around and you'll discover some of the best bars and restaurants in the city, as well as boutiques, parks, an artisans' fair and more. Palermo Soho and Las Cañitas are also at short walking distance. You will not be disappointed. This is a great starting point for exploring Buenos Aires. Centrally located, the subway, train and metrobus are a short walk away, taxis are always in the neighborhood, and web services like Uber and Easy Taxi work fine. You won't need a car, but if you have one there are several garages nearby that offer parking by the hour or day, starting with one just a block away, and it is also feasible to park next to the sidewalk near the building. • Our check-in time begins at 3 pm and our check-outs are until 12 pm.
