Private King-Newly Renovated Missionary Ridge modern studio apartment with living room. It features a king size bed, full kitchen and living room with wi-fi TV. We have amazing unobstructed views of downtown Chattanooga and surrounding mountains. We are 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 15 Minutes to the Chickamauga Battle Field, Racoon Mtn, Ruby Falls and other Chattanooga attractions. Bike trails, hiking trails, bouldering and running trails are out the front door and minutes away. The space Our private entrance studio apartment has a king size bed, a full kitchen (well equipped) with use of all appliances, a large screen TV with cable and Wifi, and a beautiful patio area to sit and enjoy our million dollar view. The apartment comfortably accommodates one couple (king bed) + one adult or one-two children (couch/futon). The apartment has its own central heat and air unit for your complete comfort. Ground-level entry, there are no stairs. It is completely private, with one entrance and is located in the lower area of our home. We have just recently renovated the entire apartment and added extra sound barriers in the ceiling to help with noise control but you may hear us walking from time to time or our dog's bark. We have 2 friendly dogs on the premises that are inside outside dogs. They are not allowed in the apartment. We are located in the Civil War- Historic neighborhood of Missionary Ridge and it is a beautiful place to walk, run or ride your bike. Our community hosts the Missionary Ridge Race each year. We are located in an athlete or history buffs dream. The sunsets will take your breath away. Guest access You will share a driveway with us but you will have your own parking spot. Only one car is allowed on our property. You will enter the apartment through our backyard gates into your private entrance. Our indoor/outdoor dogs do share the backyard during the day but we are very mindful of guests and have a private area that is separate for our dogs to play. We have 2 friendly dogs on the premises that are inside-outside dogs. They are not allowed in the apartment. We only rent to 25 years and older. We do not allow parties or gatherings on our property.
