Luxury basement on golf course

Fully finished basement with a private bathroom. Bar with sink, microwave and mini fridge. Queen sized pull out couch and plenty of floor space for air mattresses. Large screen tv in living area and in the gym. Gym available with weights and treadmill. Outdoor seating area facing golf course with a large yard. The space Guests will be able to use the basement with a wonderful view of the golf course with outdoor seating. Guest access Guests have full access to the basement, gym and lower level outdoor seating area. During your stay We can have as little interaction with quests as they prefer. But we will be upstairs and willing to answer any questions by text or phone call. Other things to note The house is located on a public golf course, with access to community pool, tennis courts and basketball court (1 minute away). There are several outdoor natural attractions including- Bee Rock, Cummins Falls, Fall creek falls and many more. We are within 2 miles of Crossfit Mayhem gym and within 4 miles of all major restaurants and downtown Cookeville area.
