WiFi, smart TV's, washer, dryer, covered patio, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Everything you need onsite! Towels, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker & much more! The space Our property is a 3 bedroom two bathroom beautiful home located within walking distance of lake Lewisville. Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare delicious meals including a Keurig coffee pot and so much more! The master room has a king bed as well as a twin pull out couch. The master bath has a walk in shower and a tub may be used but the jets are not operational at this time. One guest room has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Other guest room a queen bed. Living room has a queen size pull out couch bed. We also offer a pack and play upon request. Our outdoor fire pit is beautiful space to sit and enjoy some relaxing time. Note that we don't provide fire wood. There also may be county restrictions that we will keep you posted on. Please note maximum capacity is a strict 10 people with no more than 5 vehicles. Violate any house rules and exceeding this number of guests at any time will result in eviction and a $1,000 charge whether there is damage or not. Guest access The front door code will be sent to you a few hours before your check in time. Other things to note Our kitchen is loaded with all you should need, however if you have a question about a specific item just message us. Some things to note, we have a: Keurig coffee pot and many more items for the chef in your group! We provide shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash so you don’t have to bring it with you! As well as towels and all linens. We also provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. Master tub may be used but the jets are not operational at this time. Internet/Games We have wifi internet for your convenience. We have board games located in the bottom right TV console drawer. The yard is not fenced and we do not provide fire wood. Please plan to bring your own including starters (no lighter fluid).
