Even when instant book is used, your reservation may not be instantly approved. For approval or to avoid cancellation, please indicate to me that you have read and intend to abide by our polices. Expectations vary from person to person, please go over pictures, amenities & policies so what's offered is not misunderstood. This house should only be used for those who live out side of Bell County and need a place to stay while in the area. It is NOT to be used for using illegal drugs, rated R or X photo/video shoots or for inviting unregistered guests at anytime day or night. If you are in town visiting others, they should be visited off property or they need to be included on the reservation (Max 4 on reservation). Although some are tempted to reserve even if our policies don't fit their plans, for every policy there is a reason, if not multiple reasons. Please do not ignore them; go around them; evade questions; work some system to your benefit; issue threatening comments or ask for exceptions after you arrive. If our policies don't fit with your plans, then unfortunately this property does not fit your needs (even if it seems perfect) and I respectfully ask you not to reserve. *This property sits on 2.5 acres, our shops are at the back of the property so you may see us working out there. **When you stay with us you are covered by safely; the property fee is for your Safely Protection plan.
