The other 2 queen bedrooms and the kids room (sleeps 2) share the second bath. Baths and kitchen are all recently renovated with new appliances. Fireplace and spacious, private deck with dining area, lounge chairs and grill complete the package. Utilities, private beach permit, outdoor shower, cable TV, hi speed wifi and washer/dryer are all included as well as linens and a full setup for cooking and dining. It's situated on one level to make it accessible for babies and elder statesmen! This place is ready to move in, you don't even need to bring bikes, beach towels, chairs or boogie boards. Just show up and have a blast. The Surf Lodge, Scarpetta Beach Cafe and Harvest are open for reservations. NOTE: THIS IS A LOVED FAMILY HOME. WE LOOK TO RENT TO THOSE THAT WILL TREAT IT AS THEIR OWN. Please no house shares or party shares. Guest access Whole house and grounds available and accessible. Other things to note Beach pass included to permit parking for one car at Hither Hills beaches. We keep a few bikes at the house for guests to use. Beach chairs and umbrellas are in the outdoor storage closet and the grill is on the deck. Please refill the propane for the next guest if you finish it. I will reimburse you. Refills are at Marshall’s gas station in Montauk.
