There you will find an elegant reading/family seating area complete with bookshelves fully stocked with both adult and children books and variety of gameboards your family can choose for that family game night challenge. Generous size kitchen equipped with coffee maker and complimentary coffee bar, toaster, and electric kettly and fully stocked with everything needed for a great family meal, including pots and pans, rack of spices, set of kitchen knives, cutting boards, plates, glasses, silverware, strainers, measuring cups, bottle and can openers, bake-ware, and more. The kitchen features a pantry, plenty of counters, and cabinet space. The kitchen opens uop into an ample space dining room with a large dining table with 6 chairs. The high-top bar overlooking the kitchen is great for informal entertaining and offers additional seating. There is a half-bath also located on the main floor. The comfort of this upscale property continious to the second floor with the staircase leading up to an oversized hallway with 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The master unit features a queen size bed, flat smart tv, ceiling fan and ample storage space. It is minutes away from the historic downtown Winder, walking distance to Fort Yargo State Park, close to multiple shopping and restaurants. It is an excellent place to stay if going to UGA/UGA Athletics, Athens Botanical Gardens, Road Atlanta, Château Elan, Atlanta, or Lake Lanier. We do have a Ring doorbell at our home. This allows us to monitor who enters and exits the home. This is for our safety and yours. The camera only records at the front porch entry, no other cameras are located within the home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including back yard and one-car garage. Guests are also welcome to park on the driveway that can fit 3-4 additional vehicle. Additional day-time parking is available across the street (not for parking over-night). Guests can use Turtle Creek's community generously sizable swimming pool and 2 lit-up tennis courts.
