PETS & SMOKING * No pets. Unauthorized pets incur $100 per pet, per night. * No smoking anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking incurs a $500 deep-cleaning fee. QUIET HOURS & COMMUNITY * No parties or events. * Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — this is a residential townhome community and walls are shared. * Bedrooms and both full baths are on the second floor, reached by an interior staircase. * The home is not childproofed — children must be supervised, especially on the stairs. PARKING (per community HOA) * Up to 3 vehicles: 1 in the garage, 2 in the driveway. * Visitor parking right across the street, first-come, first-served. * No street parking, no parking between buildings, at the mailbox area, or blocking the fire hydrant. Violations: $100 fine per incident; improperly parked vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. SECURITY * For everyone's safety, a Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entrance. There are no cameras inside the home. CHECKOUT * Before leaving: start the dishwasher, bag your trash and place it in the bins, and lock the door. That's it — we handle the rest.
