Unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins will incur a charge of £20 per half hour. • Key Policy: A £60 fine will be charged if key return instructions are not followed. A £60 call-out fee applies for lockouts, and lost keys will incur a £100 replacement fee. • Family Rentals: A travel cot is available to rent for £40 per stay. A high chair can be added for a total of £45. Please bring your own bedding for the cot. • Extended Stays: For stays longer than 21 nights, a mandatory linen refresh is required at cost.
