On the same level, the second double room with queen size bed (160x200 cm) is I elegantly decorated and has its own access to a small balcony. A few steps down, the plush master double bedroom is equipped with an impressive emperor size bed (200x 200 cm) and two en-suite bathrooms with showers. In all three rooms, the ample space and luxurious bedding create the perfect conditions for a restful sleep. A few steps down the villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a nice dining area, with access to a shaded veranda protected from the north winds, the Meltemia, that prevail during mid-summer. At the lowest level, you will find the open-plan living area with unrivalled sea vistas. It's the perfect spot for relaxing during the day and entertaining under moonlit skies in the evenings. Taking full advantage of the panoramic views, the living room offers sofas set alongside floor-to-ceiling windows, against a backdrop of soothing coastal tones, and with a good size, functioning fireplace. A calming oasis, where you can relax for hours contemplating the complex beauty of the ever-changing Aegean horizon. Stepping out of the kitchen and passing through the veranda, there is a separate storage room with laundry facilities and a WC.
