Cozy newly renovated pet friendly, air conditioned cottage. Nestled in the heart of our 74 acre maple grove. A perfect destination for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. A nature lover's paradise! Only a 5 minute drive to the Village of Sutton and 15 minutes to the Village of Knowlton. 1 hour 15 minutes drive from Montreal! 15-45 minutes to three ski hills. Close to Granby Zoo and Bromont water Park. Établissement n° 298721 The space Our house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in a fully closed den with a door. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, stackable washer and dryer. Towels and bed linens are provided for all guests. We have a small collection of board games as well as kids books and toys. There is WIFI and a Smart TV to relax after enjoying your day outdoors! Guests must be able to climb stairs. All bedrooms are on the first floor and the main living area is on second floor. We have safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs. Other things to note The cottage is adjacent to our sugar house. Tubing on the Maple trees is visible from the cottage year round.
