Tucson Bunkhouse at Sabino Canyon

Howdy! You will LOVE the western vibe and down-home feel of this 500 sq. ft. guest casita near Sabino Canyon & Saguaro National Park in the Catalina foothills. Enjoy coffee or wine just outside French doors on your own patio overlooking a park-like backyard. Near fine Tucson resorts, Ventana Canyon, La Paloma, & Canyon Ranch. Off street parking, pool, private entrance, wifi, Amazon Prime & Netflix. Perfect for a short or long stay in Tucson. (No chore list when you leave - you are our guest!) The space The Bunkhouse is a 500 square foot, open and airy studio guesthouse with kitchen, bathroom, living area and comfortable queen bed, pull out double bed sofa, and a lovely outside patio. Everyone says it feels so large and comments on the peaceful feeling they get here. Relax and have some fun while you are staying with us. Kick up your cowboy boots or flip flops - everything is easy care and made for living. We want you to come back year after year and feel like this is your Tucson "home!" The location is convenient to so many places - Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East, Mt. Lemon, U of A, downtown Tucson, and more. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard makes you feel like you are in your own private, peaceful retreat, but it's not far to some of the favorite places in Tucson you will want to visit. Guest access You will have your own parking off-street in the driveway (not covered) with separate access to the Bunkhouse. There is a private patio outside French doors from your living area where you can enjoy coffee or wine outside in the beautiful Tucson weather. You may also make use of our entire backyard, BBQ grill, and pool. (The pool is not heated in the winter.) Other things to note * Sorry, no cable TV. But there's a fire stick to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix shows. * Washer and Dryer available in the main house to use whenever you would like. * No oven in the Bunkhouse but you may use ours in the main house. There is an electric 2-burner stove top for cooking, microwave, and crock pot. BBQ grill outside the main house patio you may use. We would be willing to purchase an air fryer upon request. * Pets: We have a very friendly 7-year-old German Shepherd, who is probably our best ambassador. He loves our guests, especially if they will toss a ball to him. In the main house we also have a cat, but you probably won't see her unless you come in our home to visit with us or use the laundry. * It may be legal in Arizona now but absolutely no marijuana on our property - smoking, edible, or any other consumption. Please find another Airbnb that is fine with it because we aren’t. * No smoking or vaping inside but we are ok with it outside. * Canceling your trip: On the cancellation terms - Airbnb expects us to pick between strict or moderate and neither really fit. We will work with you because we understand that things happen. But we also ask that you are considerate with us so that we can have the bunkhouse rented as much as possible. * Pool isn’t heated. You could look at it as a health benefit since cold plunges are all the rage (haha) PS - check us out at #TucsonBunkhouse
