The master bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed you won’t want to get out of. The second guest room is cozier and has a full sized bed and closet. The bathroom features a bathtub/shower and a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean hotel quality towels. If you just want to hang out and lounge, then the living room features a huge, comfortable sectional couch and a smart tv and Xfinity high speed internet. The cooling and heating system is equipped with humidifier control for additional comfort no matter the season. This apartment is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use. Guest access When booking this unit you will have full and private access to the entire apartment except for one closet which will be locked. In addition you have a free parking spot and access to the backyard patio which is shared. If you need to do laundry, there is a coin operated laundry room in the basement. Please take into consideration that the unit is on the second floor and the only access is by using the stairs. If you'd like to drop off your bags before check in time or after check out time there is a secured room in the building which you can use. Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, once you book you will receive the entry code ahead of your stay. Check-in any time after three pm as late as you'd like, check-out on or before 11 am. Due to our cleaning schedule we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Other things to note No gatherings, large or small are allowed as we would like the noise level kept to a minimum for the guests in the attached unit (four guests total are allowed). Further, because of the way noise travels in this unit, no music should be played so as to not disturb other guests. Security cameras monitor the noise level and common areas.
