MAIN Level is a Bedroom/Library with Twin Beds, another Bedroom with Queen Bed, a Full Bathroom and entry way into Home, Kitchen and Dining Rooms. UPPER Level is the Master Bedroom and Bathroom with a Queen Bed. On the BOTTOM Level is a Game Room, Full Bathroom, and the 4th Bedroom with Queen Bed. The space There is special attention payed to comfort and simple luxury. The outdoor views and activities are the attractions, but the home boasts a 65" 4k HD Television and Blue Ray system with full house cable and wireless WIFI. This is the Wild River Coast of Oregon with the Pistol, Rogue, Chetco, Smith and Winchuck Rivers all converging into the Pacific Ocean within 40 miles of this Coastline. The outdoor activities are abundant. Guest access There is parking for 3 cars snuggly in the driveway, or 4 cars tandem. This is a residential neighborhood with a narrow street which runs in front of the home. There is no garage or on street parking. Other things to note Kayaks rentals are a snap and available in the Marina. They also rent bikes, paddle boards and surfboards at a couple of the shops downtown and I believe in the Marina. Can give recommendations for the local merchants and restaurants.
