It is located at Mid Miami Beach , precise location is 50’s & Collins Avenue . The property is directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Guests have access to all the hotel facilities. MINIMUM age requirement for primary CHECKIN guest is 21 YEARS and older.Children accompanied by adults is fine. The space The condo is located in a resort hotel.Guests have access to all hotel facilities and at the same time have a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, good for LIGHT COOKING ONLY.Stay in and watch television or sit on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze. THE "TOP OF THE FALLS “ A tiki bar which serves drinks and snacks during the day and early evening. THE UPPER DECK POOL IS READY and all renovations are complete. Guests have access to two pools, the lower pool and the upper deck pool. GYM is currently closed for renovations. I DO NOT OFFER WASH CLOTHS FOR HYGIENIC REASONS.ADVISE GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN . WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE Value card operated and the machines are at the lobby level to add money to the card . Guest access Guests have access to the gym , upper pool, lower pool , SPA & The Beach There is valet service,concierge service & an in house store where you can buy essentials or last minute gifts for friends. PARKING IS NOT FREE( VALET CHARGE IS 30 DOLLARS A DAY FOR REGULAR SIZED VEHICLES , 40 FOR OVERSIZED MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS . WEEKENDS 35 FOR REGULAR SIZE AND 45 FOR OVERSIZED . WEEKLY 150 FOR REGULAR SIZE VEHICLES AND 185 FOR OVERSIZED . CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS are available for an extra charge at the beach . It is not a free service . WASHER AND DRYER are not INSIDE THE CONDO, but each floor has one. They are operated with value add card ,the machine to add money is located at the lobby level. My cleaners are privately employed by me and provide enough bath towels for the stay. Please do not ask hotel housekeeping for any linens. There is a daily pool towel service by the pool.Feel free to take fresh towels. After use deposit them in the used bin by the pool . BABY BJORN TRAVEL CRIBS ARE PROVIDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $45 PER STAY. CRIB IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. PLEASE RESERVE AT TIME OF BOOKING . STRICTLY NON SMOKING.500 dollar fine. LAUNDRY MACHINES ARE NOT INSIDE THE APT BUT PER FLOOR ..THE MACHINES ARE CARD OPERATED AND THE MONEY CAN BE REFILLED AT THE MACHINE WHICH IS AT THE LOBBY LEVEL. NO WASH CLOTHS PROVIDED. The balcony door and apartment windows have to be closed at all times .The balcony door can be opened to access the balcony then closed. It cannot be left open. The sea air is corrosive to the air conditioning and interiors of the the apartment. Please wash off sand by the pool showers , the apt is to be sand free . No noise music or loud voices in the after hours.After 11 Pm are silent hours. Security is extremely strict about the rules. No sitting on the balcony rails .
