There is a cozy sofa for two and a satellite TV in this zone DINING AND KITCHEN ZONE The cooking zone is perfectly designed with a cooking hob, oven and fridge. The fully equipped space means you are able to prepare and cook delicious Tuscan meals at home. A dining table designed for four offers romantic comfortable dining for two! BATHROOM The contemporary bathroom has the highest quality fixture and fittings and offers a WC, hand basin and shower with cubicle. PRIVATE GARDEN The garden like the apartment is a romantic nest for two! The garden is at the rear of the building with easy access from your apartment. The garden has a gazebo, plus table and chairs for outside dining, it's a great spot to have morning breakfast or pre - dinner drinks. The property owner has planted fresh herbs, strawberries and tomatoes which our solely for our guests. ACCESS AND PARKING There is a free car park just 120 meters away. The car park is for available for the residents of the historic center. Access to the property is via a large entrance into a communal hallway - then there are 11 stairs to access your private entrance.
