Home in State College

We are located in Park Hills, a safe and quiet neighborhood perfect for a short retreat. We are about 2 miles from the campus and 3.2 miles from the Beaver Stadium. Our house borders the beautiful 92-acre Tudek Park that offers plenty of opportunities for a relaxing walk or a run. During summer nights, you can sit back in our sun room and enjoy a majestic light show created by thousands of fireflies in our backyard and neighboring park. The space Very spacious bedroom (~ 350 square feet) with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. There is a private bathroom for our guests right outside of the bedroom. Heating and cooling controls are inside the room. Other furniture provided in the room include a queen bed, dressers, sofa, TV, study desk, mini fridge and many more. Guest access In addition to your private bedroom and private bathroom, you are welcome to use the common spaces in the house which include: kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, and the back yard. During your stay We’re available if guests need anything.
