Welcome to Chicago! Whether you're here for leisure or business this cozy and relaxing 1 bed/1 bath apartment is exactly what you need for a pleasant stay. Located in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago just 15 minutes from O'hare. The space -This entire 2nd floor unit is for your own use. -This is my personal home and was decorated by me. Depending on time of year the apartment may decorated for the holiday. -Unit has central heat and a/c. -Large deep couch perfect for relaxing. -55" Smart TV in the living room with Netflix streaming -Living room also features a 75 gallon reef aquarium. Please see below *OTHER THINGS TO NOTE* for the safety of these pets -Kitchen has a Maytag gas stove and Samsung fridge and is stocked with dinnerware, glassware, cookware and cutlery. -Kitchen also has a Nespresso VertuoLine with Melozio capsules. -Main bedroom has a King Size bed with an 10’’ Gel Infused Mattress. -Paper towels, tissue paper, toilet paper and bath towels are provided. -Please treat this as if it is your own house. Guest access -Unit access is through the front of the property. -Guests will access their unit through the front via lockbox. Instructions will be given a couple days before arrival. -Free street parking out front. There isn't any permit parking within the area, but check signs for handicap parking and fire hydrant zones to avoid getting ticketed or towed. -There is a backyard with a patio available for guests who want to sit outside or if you want to go for a smoke. Other things to note -This is my personal apartment that I've been working very hard on updating. Please respect the space as if it were your own. -The fish in the aquarium need to be fed every few days. If your stay is longer than 2 days I will need to stop in for a few minutes just to feed them. We can work out a time slot that is convenient for you. -No shoes worn in the unit itself. -Parties are strictly prohibited. -Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. -Quiet hours are after 11pm. -*****Do NOT feed the fish or put anything into the aquarium! A lot of time and effort was put into the tank. These are my personal pets, so please be respectful and safe with them as you would with any other animal.
