Near Road Atlanta/Chateau Elan/Borrow Med Center.

This detached area for living is a slice of the country living, close to Road Atlanta (9 miles) and the Chateau Elan (6.5miles), Braselton, GA. North Georgia Medical Center Borrow County (4.5 miles). This is a very peaceful living area that was built for my wife’s parents we brought from Puerto Rico after the hurricane wiped out everything. The space The area does have farm life, therefore you may hear them during the day but at night they are fairly quiet, there are 2 donkeys, 3 horses, and 5 cows and they all love for guests to give them carrots or apples. All the animals are in pins and you will not have to associate with them unless you want to give them a treat they all love that. They all are very friendly but caution there is a electrical wire on top of the fence for our draft horse that loves to lean on the fence. There is a crush gravel private drive that leads back to the apt area. Please do not park in front of the building as that is where the septic tank and field lines are (we found out the hard way). The rooms are very large even though it’s a one bedroom area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in each room and a/c unit in living room. The Drive way for the area is a private entrance that leads you to the living area, marked by a white and red sign. Smoking outside is okay and the sitting area and grill outside can be used by guest, please be our guest and use them. All outside areas are video recorded 24/7 for everyone's safety. Guest access The guest will not be able to access the garage area, unless prior arrangements are made. There is video surveillance by our house and inside the garage area. This is for everyones protection. Other things to note The suite sits in back of the house about 100 yards or so and can be accessed by a separate drive off the road that is gravel and grass. The parking area for vehicles can be parked outside the front door. There will be a ornament where the septic tanks sits to keep from running over it. Parking: Please follow the gravel driveway to the back that is marked by signs that say 153 Easement. Parking is on the side of the building at the end of gravel driveway. Do not park in front as there are (3) large underground septic holding tanks. The booking guest will be responsible for any damage to the tanks and its repair cost. Pets: We welcome pets! We are dog owners and love to travel with our dogs when possible, we know the pain of finding a place that pets are welcome. We only ask a few things about helping us keep the place pet friendly. 1. please watch you pets when outside as we have farm animals and we do not want your pet or our animals to get injured. 2. Please crate your animal when you leave the residence and they are left alone. We will assess any extra cleaning charges that may be incurred due to extra cleaning or damage after check out. There is separate wifi and city water. Comcast internet cable with basic channels is provided over the a hulu stick on both tv's.
