Walk to the marina for Jet Ski rentals and Deep Sea fishing trips. Walking distance, Town Center Complex has a Publix and various retail shops and restaurants. House is built on pilings and area under house is a great Sand area for children to play and get out of the sun. Large Deck allows easy access for guests that are not fond of stairs.
