Apartment Ensa - Alpes Travel - (sleeps 4)

Apartment Ensa is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, comfortably sleeping four guests. The apartment boasts an unbeatable location in the pedestrianised centre of Chamonix with all the amenities Chamonix town has to offer right on your doorstep. With a comfy open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a balcony overlooking the river and another towards the town, Apartment Ensa is an excellent space to relax after a day in the mountains, yet only a moment from the buzz of Chamonix centre. The space The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of an apartment building with a lift. There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with sofa, armchairs, TV and spacious dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee machine. Additionally there is a utility area with a washing machine/dryer. There is a double bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms have access onto a balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, each has a WC and basin, one with a shower and one with a shower over a bath. There is a 2nd balcony overlooking the river with a table and chairs. There is one designated parking space in the underground car park and designated ski locker in the basement of the apartment complex. Guest access Guests will be met on arrival. Other things to note Self-catered bookings include linen and towels based on the standard guest configuration. If your apartment features a sofa bed and you require additional linen to accommodate maximum occupancy, a supplementary linen fee of €25 will apply. The rate also includes end-of-stay cleaning and the local taxe de séjour (tourist tax), which provides access to a Carte d’Hôtes. This card grants complimentary use of local trains and discounts on museum admissions and other attractions. Standard check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with check-out required by 10:00 AM. Please note that late arrivals may incur additional charges.
