This property is also 1.5 miles away from Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area. This luxurious home is also a stones throw away from The Mall at Stonecrest, Stone Mountain, Klondike Park and many other points of interest in the greater Atlanta metro area. The space This smart luxurious accommodation is brand new with all new furnishing, fixtures and appliances including a high-tech security system for your peace of mind. In terms of location, this home is just moments for The Mall at Stonecrest, banks, multiple first class restaurants and shopping. We offer you our home with the hope that you will enjoy a level of luxurious living and tranquility on par or exceeding that of any 5 star hotel. Guest access The entire house is available to our guest except for the garage and a few storage closets. Our personal PLEX MOVIE SERVER library of hundreds of first rate movies is available for your viewing pleasure on every TV in HD or in 4K HD. Other things to note RENTAL RULES Smoking is NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME; Violations will result in a $250.00 fee. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Primary Guest. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite onto the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Changing or removing interior and exterior decorum is not permitted. Only use appliances for their intended uses PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Parking: Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Guests are required to respect other properties and are not allowed to park on the sidewalk or grass or in other homeowner’s driveways. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Housekeeping is done upon check out. For those Guest renting for several weeks, housekeeping services will be arranged and provided based on further discussion with guest at an additional cost. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. Fireplace: There are two electric fireplaces one in the family room and one in the master bedroom. Both are operated by remote control. The remote can be found in the remote basket. Water: The property is on a municipal system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. DO NOT POUR GREASE OR OIL DOWN THE DRAIN OR FLUSH IT. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products, grease, or oil have been flushed and clog the plumbing, you could be charged damages of up to the total cost of repairs. Welcome Manual: Please review The Welcome Manual, located on the coffee table, that covers specific aspects in and around the home. Please complete our satisfaction survey as well, to help us understand how we can better service your vacation needs or if we met your expectations. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Hilly roads can be curvy and steep. We do not refund due to road conditions. Itemized List of Items: An itemized list of items in the home is located on site. Emergency / Fire / Evacuation: In the event of fire, there are two fire extinguishers readily available. Emergency contact numbers are listed in the manual. Although accidents do happen, guests will be subject to incur costs for additional damages and repair in the unfortunate event of fire. First Aid materials are located in the master bedroom closet. LOCK-A HOLDINGS LLC is not responsible for and cannot control weather therefore, refunds are not allowed in the event inclement weather occurs and contributes to any emergency evacuation from the property. In the event of a power outage, emergency lighting IS available in the pantry, LED lamps, flashlight etc. Typically, the storms in Georgia usually result in multiple power outages that are beyond the owner’s control. Upon notification, the owner will notify the local power company to report the outage. Anything over 5 hours of power outage, the owner will periodically notify tenants of an updated status report from the power company. Emergency lights / lamps: Battery powered flashlights and lamps for emergency use are stored in the pantry for use in the event of power loss. Please return all emergency lighting gear to the pantry once power is restored. Exterior Security Camera For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are present. Doorbell camera is located at the front door. Candle Burning: Due to damage caused by candles, we do not allow the use of candles inside the property Loud Music: LOCK-A HOLDINGS LLC prides itself in providing Vacation Rentals with Peace in Mind… please be mindful that there is a city noise ordinance that governs extremely loud music and you will be fined / ticketed upon reports of such disturbances. Unapproved Events: The house is located in a quiet, residential, community. The rental property’s intended use is for relaxation, vacationing, and family fun. All other uses must receive written approval from LOCKA- HOLDINGS LLC. Unapproved uses will immediately nullify this agreement and may result in legal action! Conduct: It is the expectation of the guests occupying the property of LOCK-A HOLDINGS LLC to abide by all ordinances of the law as law-abiding citizens and to abide by generally accepted codes of conduct as members of a Homeowners Association. Any activities that would require police authority for intervention will result in immediate termination of this Short-Term Rental Agreement and forfeiture of all rental payment. Please keep peace in mind and enjoy your time with us. There are games on site that guests are welcomed to enjoy. Please be responsible and insure the area is cleaned up and the gas is turned off after each use.
